This mural is located in the alley behind Square Cat Vinyl in Fountain Square, off of Woodlawn Avenue. August, 2019 In June, 2021, the alley wall was accidentally repainted and the artists were invited back to repaint the murals. This mural changed to a blue background for the repainting, inspired by a young art fan. "No Mean City" was added to the red balloon. June, 2021
